New cover with up to two Zhaga interfaces for the VFL500 pole luminaire series

“R2C – Ready to Connect” is now even more flexible – a new cover with one or two Zhaga Book 18 interfaces provides a connection for Zhaga nodes on the underside of the VFL520, VFL530 and VFL540 pole luminaires.

Tomorrow’s smart cities are being planned and built today. This is why WE-EF is offering “R2C – Ready to Connect” pole luminaires with Zhaga Book 18 interfaces that can be upgraded to intelligent luminaires, thanks to the new cover for the VFL500 series – ex-works or at a later point in time. The cover can be fitted with either one or two Zhaga interfaces and it can be easily retrofitted to existing VFL500 pole luminaires. The luminaires can also be ordered with the cover ex-works. Customers can choose whether to integrate the Zhaga interface on the top of the housing as before (R2C top) or on the lower luminaire cover (R2C below). It is even possible to combine the two as an individual solution.

“R2C” basically means that the WE-EF luminaires concerned are already fitted with all the devices and interfaces needed for integration into a lighting management system – from the DALI LED driver with an additional power supply unit to the pre-wired, IPX6-protected interface. This means that WE-EF street lighting is well equipped for the future!
