WE-EF at the "Lichtwoche München 2022"
Section 1

The trade journal "Licht" is devoting a series of lectures to current lighting topics – including WE-EF Dark Sky Ambassador Torsten Wicke

The eighth Munich Light Week will take place from 4 to 11 November 2022. This year it is offering very special treats, especially for lovers of architecture, light and design. For example, they can immerse themselves in the light worlds of Le Corbusier and James Turrell, take a light tour through the Rotunda in Dann or find out at one of the lecture events which current light topics are currently being discussed.

WE-EF is also back, and the company has been supporting “Luxi – the Light Prize” that was launched on the occasion of the first Munich Light Week in 2015. It has set itself the goal of promoting young talent, recognising industry innovations and helping good lighting design to attract more attention – goals that are also important to WE-EF such as promoting the responsible use of artificial light and actively contributing to the prevention of light pollution.

On Wednesday, 8  November 2022, WE-EF Dark Sky Ambassador Torsten Wicke will be speaking as part of the lecture series, “What moves the world of light? Trends and Topics 2023". He will provide an insight into his tasks as Dark Sky Ambassador as well as show the possibilities of avoiding light pollution.
