ETC130-GB and ETC140-GB inground luminaires now also available with tunable white and as colour changer
Inground luminaires can be used in a variety of ways. They flood facades with light or accentuate details, trace architectural contours, add highlights, structure surfaces and offer orientation.
WE-EF has the perfect inground luminaire for almost every application that requires precisely directed light from the ground upwards. The ETC variants with a gimbal mounting (GB) offer additional flexibility. The gimbal insert can be moved around two axes and precisely aligned. In addition, once installed they can be readjusted whenever the lighting tasks change – for example, illuminating trees at night that grow taller over time and change their foliage.
The new ETC130-GB and ETC140-GB with tunable white function (-TW) now enable these lighting effects to be further refined. Thanks to infinitely variable colour temperature control from 2700 K to 6000 K, the lighting can be adapted to changing seasons, for example, or it can take on different forms in the course of a night.
While the colour gradients from warm to neutral and cold white are based on the mood created by natural daylight, the new ETC130-GB and ETC140-GB colour changers (-CC) with RGBW and RGBA boards enable almost any colour in the spectrum to be homogeneously mixed and dynamic light sequences to be generated. Architecture can be individually showcased and, for example, dynamic coloured light used on special occasions.
The new ETCs are available with three different distributions – wide beam, medium beam and wallwash. A narrow beam is also in the pipeline and will soon complete the series. WE-EF’s proven quality concepts, such as the 5CE superior corrosion protection system, durable sealing technology and sophisticated thermal management for the LEDs, ensure a long service life for the IP67-rated inground luminaires.
